Get to know KARPATYMAN

In defiance of the ongoing war, the first KARPATYMAN Extreme Triathlon was held on October 14th, 2023, as a symbol of Ukrainian resilience.

KARPATYMAN is not just a race.

Human beings are achieving incredible things with the help of family, and friends.

Twenty-three athletes from across and outside Ukraine trained and were ready to inspire others to have hope. Something to give our young people something to dream about.

We are very proud that two internationally known extreme triathletes from the United Kingdom and Poland have joined our KARPATYMAN as participants in support of the spirit of Ukraine.

KARPATYMAN extreme triathlon is crucial not only for physical health but also for the psychological and emotional well-being of Ukrainians.

Our athletes have shared how this competition has helped them stay motivated, healthy, and strong.

KARPATYMAN has already been added to the Global Extreme Triathlon Forum's 2023/2024 Race Calendar. This forum includes 3,261 participants from 100 countries and 61 extreme triathlons in 32 countries.

The KARPATYMAN extreme triathlon is the only competition of its kind in Ukraine.

Our mission

We're on a mission to inspire and motivate our country.

Instead of just holding a competition, we have been supporting local family-run businesses in a rural area that recently hosted displaced migrants from all over Ukraine.

Our goal is to promote our rich culture, the very thing we are defending at this moment in history.

Our vision

We want to live in a world where people are physically and mentally healthy, enjoying time with family, and friends, and exploring nature and culture, rather than dealing with anger, anxiety, or depression.

That's why KARPATYMAN has already participated in a project that has raised funds for sports equipment for children, both local and displaced. Their activities mitigate the post-psychological effects of migration and war.

These youth will be instrumental in moving Ukraine towards a peaceful and prosperous future.

Impacts on children

In 2024 children from three local schools (Kolochava, Pylypets, and Richka) will join the KARPATYMAN community because YOU ARE ALL inspiring them. The initiative to bring together children has a significant positive impact on the lives of these young individuals.

We have decided to allocate part of the registration fee to provide sports equipment for schools. This reflects a thoughtful and community-centered approach, fostering an environment of support and growth.

You are welcome to join our team to set an example for our young people!

This endeavor not only encourages physical activity but also instills values such as dedication, determination, and teamwork in the participating children. The fact that they are inspired by the KARPATYMAN highlights the positive influence that sports may have on young minds.

It's commendable that our Extreme Triathlon Community is actively involved in building confidence and boosting self-esteem among these children. The emphasis on making a meaningful impact on their lives through sports participation and the provision of necessary equipment is a wonderful way to contribute to the overall development of these youngsters.

This is a testament to the power of community, inspiration, and the positive influence of sports in shaping the future of these children. The KARPATYMAN team, athletes, and the local communities are committing to making a difference in the lives of these young athletes. The journey ahead is bound to be filled with success, growth, and memorable experiences for everyone involved.

Our team strives to attract top talent from various fields with expertise in sports, economy, and culture. We believe that our strength lies in our diversity and individuality.
